Inferno Signs Top Rocket League Talent

The Black and Gold are about to Bring the Heat to the Blue and Orange! The Vegas Inferno has officially entered the Rocket League scene with the signing of Tristan “Alpa” Bottiglia, Zachary “Titanium” Saporito, Tavares “Tvaristo” Mitchell, and substitute John “TopCheese” Merendino–the team formerly known as “Little Men”.

As the Little Men, the team has competed in two seasons of the Summer Skirmish: North America, where they placed 5th-6th place and 4th respectively. Now the Inferno, they’re competing in The Field, where, over a 1 month period, they will hit the pitch against teams such as Spacestation Gaming, Susquehanna Sonics, and Rogue for a piece of the $7,000 Prize Pool.

Alpa, Titanium, and Tvaristo competed most recently on August 6th, the day of their Inferno announcement, in the Allied Esports: Combustion Series S2 Qualifier In their first competitive event under the Inferno brand, INF_RL blazed through the Qualifier to secure a spot in the Season 2 Finals with a high seed. The finals will begin September 3rd, beginning with a round-robin format, with the top team in each pool advancing to a single-elimination, final four bracket.
